This Starbucks has really good pastries. They have very good chocolate chip cookies as well. The chocolate chip cookies that this Starbucks has is the best cookie that I have ever eaten. I also want to say on June 5th, 2019 when I went to Starbucks, I was pleased how the staff who served me was very nice, however, I did tell her how one time when it was busy, I did not get one extra cookie that I paid for, and it was nice how she gave me the extra cookie. I don't know what her name was even though my visit was in the late afternoon when the food-court was not crowded.

The coffee here is way to overpriced for what quality you are getting.

This place is hit or miss. There are always plenty of baristas, a wait and typically your order isn't right. I'd especially expect wishes like decaf and non dairy milks to be met, rather than ignored. If you go, make sure you clearly communicate and triple check your order.

It has great customer service and the people there are really nice and they make your order fast even when it’s busy the longest I’ve ever waited was about 5 minutes. The one bad thing is that they don’t have all the drinks that Starbucks has but they do have a verity especially their monthly drinks

If the line is long, skip it. Service is cheerful but not fast. Might even be classified as slow if you’re used to US locations. Though I have to say, it’s nice if you need something only Starbucks makes, but it’s pretty expensive when you consider that the bike coffee place at the end of the hall is delicious, cheaper, and usually has shorter lines.

Would be cool if they would have an Starbucks off base, so that the German and American citizen could use it! Next Starbucks is Saarbrücken to fahr away to go there just for a coffee

As an Australian, from the land where the flat white was created, I was disappointed in the one I received here. It's meant to be a strong, white coffee with little foam. I basically received a warm cup of foamy milk. The staff is lovely!

Good but misses a level of quality or refinement usually standard at other Starbucks franchises. Ex: spilled messes all over served cups, food displays with crumbs and stains on the glass, customer service good but not as awesome as in other countries.
